Got banned for bug abuse

I was just playing the game suddenly JustThiemo came prison i told him some bugs and I got banned imagine helping a staff telling the bugs made me ban so i ask staff to unban me since I didn't go out of the rules i am fair with jartex ign Whoisbosen it might be a bug from my side but i just cleared my doubts to him but I got banned atleast we should get 1 warn for wrong bug

I think he banned you because you called the bug out in public chat, Instead, you should have Dm him about it or Msged him privately on server messages. Please be sure to report bugs at https://jartexnetwork.com/bug-reports/ because calling it out may result in players using or exploiting them. you can appeal your ban at https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/unbanappeal/ and be descriptive about how you got banned, don't go like " I did nothing" Be more professional and let them know that you didn't know and if its a rule then you are sorry to actually make your appeal look real and you mean everything you say which you should.
