They didnt, if you click for a certain amount of time around 30+ cps you will get kicked or banned

Just don't drag click. I got 3000 bedwars wins just fine with 6 cps. I am not the best but at least I am not the worst either.

You should try DMing a staff member about this situation since you should have a right to appeal. If not, I am a lawyer and therefore I can get you out of this.
