BedWars Fix up anticheat and punish some hackers

Hi there, since bedwars is the most populated game on this server. I think that the anticheat needs to be fixed a little bit, also i think that the hackers should be punished and wouldn't be treated with a kick.

The console kicks them. Staffs always are looking for hackers to catch and make the server a better place to play. The plugin works good for now.
