Farming Bug or not?

I want to farm Herbalism and the crops dont grow or its just too slow.
When Im near the farm like 9x9 and im in the middle it will work and its fast but when Im just few blocks far from it its too slow.

and this is some minutes after that

sorry for that Im just too bored to wait.
u can see the time that 1st pic is 6:27 and 2nd pic is 6:47 its 20mins im afk now and still not fully grown. please help

I think the render distance for this server is small,
So when you're a bit far. It wont work.
It's the server's problem (Feature)
Not yours so I request you put a suggestion to increase this.

stand closer to ur farm or use /hub and rejoin so your crops reload. If you stand too far away, the crops will not grow because they didn’t render correctly.
