Bug or No (if no tell me how)

i just started playing and i voted right away so i could get voter crate, in the voter crate i got the 150 diamond blocks and 150 emerald blocks, but since i am in the first mine, the golem says that i dont have enything to sell, when my inventory has diamond blocks, and if i try to use comand in chat /sell all, it dont work and tells me to use /sell handall, so i used it and it says i dont have permision to
if this is not a bug, can someone help me sell it no on the auction but on the mines, sorry if this is a stupid question but i can t find an answer.

you need to get in a mine with diamond blocks i guess
