Bug or not?

I am really happy about the new anticheat and kitpvp reset , but I have found something weird and want to see if it is bug or what .
We all know that you can have 1 ally and 4 members in your team , so what if I told you that the top 1 team has 5 members and 3 allies ! , now my question is , is this a bug? , or it is some kind of upgrade?

They had won what _D0GG0 said you and you can ally more than 1 team as far as I know.

You're not supposed to have more than 1 ally, but you can get more team slots from the keys, there's +1 and +2 team slots that can be stacked together multiple times until you reach the max team size (Nobody knows what the max is yet)
