Imagine you are on a cliff, and if you fall, you break a rule. And you are just vibing, hanging on the cliff, on the verge of breaking a rule.

What does your theoretical example have to do with anything I said?

4th I remember asking Pace about the same situation [Actually KUG and other people were saying my name in public] and he just told them to stop [That is what I was told at least]. And this situation just changes for the staff team how so? We have to treat the staff team or the particular staff member like a god in order to match his preferences? I don't really get it by the time he just told them to stop saying my name in public, he suddenly goes and bans people for saying his name in public? I see some favoritism towards the staff team, so that means we have to become staff members in order to get what is rightful for us?

I strongly agree with the fact of favoritism and other similar concepts, and I can speak pages of what I've witnessed. But Pace has suffered quite enough from this. I hope you're not saying this due to him restricting you from applying again.

Obviously, that is in the past overall he wasn't the only one restricting me, and I also know how he suffered as I have been treated the same way. BUT IT IS NOT RIGHT. Pace's name was known for a long time and furthermore, when he made his application he wrote his name on it. Though this is unfair I had the same problem and all he did was ignoring me the whole time, I don't get how telling Pace's name is a ban but saying my name is just nothing.

Ok I realize my response is kinda confusing. Basically what I am trying to say is, you are pretty much always on the verge of breaking a rule, and I am sure if you would stop that, you would obviously not be punished

I am all for giving you another chance, and others seem to trust you. But this has happened multiple times before, how do we know it wont happen again.
In my eyes, you seem to like pushing the rules as far as they can go without actually breaking that rule, and that leads to punishments.

I mean I want you unbanned, you seem like a nice guy (in some ways), but just.. follow the rules man

Like i said in my reply to zone yeah i do have punishments but there is no rule that states ‘having more punishments will mean you are blacklisted’.
Secondly like Roro mentioned there are COUNTLESS people with more punishments then me (i named 5 people i know off the top of my head above)
And to the cliff thing yeah i agree i broke the rule with the rioting thing against zone i accept responsibility and agree i shouldve been punished ‘FOR THAT’ not for saying ‘petar’ which was the real reason i was manually banned from disc by pace

Regarding pace yes he has struggled. I do claim responsibility for how much i have bugged him. But fact is being annoying is not a bannable offence. Other people have suffered as much or even in some cases more then pace (im talking about arry mans struggled for more then a year and even now everyone who says his name are not punished and for his case his name was actually doxed he never revealed it himself unlike pace who said it in his staff introduction). If you yourself reveal your name then i personally believe its your fault if people use it, its like you opened the flood gates and are sad why water is coming through now.

I don't think the management should permanently ban someone when the actual punishment for it is just a mute it shows complete bias and hatred. But you did ban evade and that gives them a legitimate reason to keep you banned.
However I do think you should be given chance to appeal your punishment, the current appealing system is kind of unfair to old players, let me explain. If I have been playing the server since 2017 I probably have multiple punishments which I have tried to appeal which means I have lesser appeals than new players, It would be a simple solution to just allow 5 appeals only every 6/12 months and after this period all of our appeals are renewed, of course this is just a suggestion. But I do think its unfair that people who have supported the server since the beginning may quit due to the unfairness of the appeal system. Staff members also look at the collective punishments you may have disregarding time factor which may result in someone getting banned for racism permanent "just because I had many mutes for racism in the past" This could have been in the span of 5 years but that would be disregarded and the keyword here is IN THE PAST, Just because I was racist in the past does not mean am STILL *AS* racist now. The rules should be followed, but yk some members of the management think its fair to ban someone known for these reasons. The person's punishments are reset after 7/14 days, punishments should be applied from scratch, not according how a staff member feels towards a player or the punishments he received prior to those 14 days.
