BedWars Console Ban Me

I got banned by console for 24 hrs after getting knocked down into the void and glitching in the air. I cant do a ban appeal because it says have to be more then 24 hrs. Can i get an unban from a staff. My username is Fishcrab_ and the ban i got hit with is Fightspeed when I wasnt even fighting at the moment
