Ok so u have a bad internet and the console banned u. Thats normal and a good thing

Good thing cus when ur lagging ur kinda flying... So i recommend just not do anything or move and just reconnect to the server while lagging. Understandable. And getting a console ban/kick is normal dont worry about it. If u got false banned then it doesn't count as punnishment.

Try to reduce your cps and avoid playing when you have high ms to reduce your chances of getting console banned.
