Admins, Helpers or Owner should help me with this. I bought the Thug rank voucher after getting it i opened 3 rare crates i got BlackHat Voucher i clicked it and i didn't get it, only the kit. Not the whole thing.

Out of the crate you received something called a ‘Blackhat kit voucher’, it doesn’t give you the rank when you redeem this voucher, it only gives you the blackhat kit. This is how it’s supposed to be, if you redeem something called ‘Blackhat rank voucher’ then you will receive the rank and not only the kit.
