It spawns randomly but it's scheduled

Bronze and Silver bosses respawn every 15 minutes, while Gold bosses respawn every 10 minutes. The only way to know is to keep track of when a boss spawns, check the time, and come back after that time. Note that the respawn timer starts once a boss spawns, not when a boss is killed.

There is no feature that will say a certain boss will spawn, so I propose to click Tab, look for the server time and while you're looking at it, keep note of the time where a certain boss will spawn then add 15 minutes.

For example
Goblin spawned at 10:00:30, the next time would be at 10:15:30.

Keep in mind that not all bosses will spawn in each zone, they may vary in different times if no one killed those bosses in the 15minute mark.
