Best way to boost forge fps

Ok so ive decided to use forge 1.8.9 on minecraft tlauncher. Are there any ways too boost its fps? Not just by settings, changing settings makes only small differences, like are there any mods for it?

It has the same result either way, but you can just drag it into the mods folder.

It doesnt really boost my fps, if anything my fps on normal release is 60 but on forge optifine with that mod its just 50 but thats fine, although what i will say is THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TELLING ME THIS MOD. Holy, this mod whenever i go solos it joins it less than a MILISECOND dude ur a legend

also there is a bug when you can place blocks in 1 hole in skywars and then your pc freezes for 1-2 seconds(Idk how to explain it), that mod fixes it
