i see a lot of hackers but i cant report them cuz i cant record them i got obs but its like very laggy and blurry anyone know how to fix it or any other free software for it

have you tried searching GeForce experience in your search menu, I think the recorder setting are in there

I recommend using (OBS, HFrec ) if you have an ok pc
( XboxGameBar, Bandicam ) for bad pcs

OBS if you have a good PC but personally I got a decent PC and I use Action screen recorder because for me It's smoother and way easier to use and setup.
