you can buy the rank paper for money in the minecraft mod so you dont have to pay real money and when you got the rank you will get a mine that only peapol with the same rank can go to it not the normal peapol {i am sure becous i tryed it}

Its pretty obvious that specific rank (and till that rank) have acess to more profitable mine/s, but its not private. If you wan't to have mine that is private you need to buy it from shop (also pmine will earn you tax which can you claim with boosters for extra incomme and pmine can be reseted each minute).
