+5 Playervaults doesn't work

I grinded for around 4-5 hours to get the 5k mobheads. When i redeemed them to coins, i looked in /transfer. I saw the +5 playervaults and bought it. (I already had 5 vaults) so i thought that i might of been smart to get 10. But when i redeemed the chest nothing happened, so i im pretty sad right now.

so you had 6 Vaults and you claim 5 more when you got 3 or 4 more slots to add. 6+5=11 there are no 11 slots at /pv. so you can add only 4 ;-; you did a dumb thing
