Beetroot daily doesn't work and broken

I'm 81 lvl and already unlock the beetroot farm, but when I farm beetroot to the amount(600) of npc wanted, it still doesn't work.Then I relog, the amount counted still zero, and the amount needed change to 500. Then I farm and relog again, it's still zero and the amount needed change back to 600.
