I initially wanted the "Rank-Upgrade" Vouchers to have much of a better chance to get from the Crates but much of a less chance to succeed in redeeming after getting it from the Crates.     Hey adlan2001, Unfortunately, you cannot get ink sack on prisons. If it is not in the store, most items are impossible to get. However, try fishing! It is extremely hard because you get a lot less fish/treasure than usual, but give it a shot! You could maybe get lucky and pull out some ink sack...
