You can always check here to know if something is allowed or disallowed. For now all I can say is its allowed since I don't see it blacklisted. After seeing the rules page please remove any blacklisted modifications before joining the server to prevent any further problems

Well first of all its no longer the server's authority or problem that you have lost since you have bought the keys and successfully sent to you. This case won't probably be solved unless you have video for proof because pictures are not enough for this case since you can just throw it out...

Apparently what you are asking for is impossible. Admins won't refund anything lost on the rollback since someone exploited a bug which gave him unlimited money and gave it to other players.

I believe the bug hasn't been fixed yet because my friend still experience it

Best tip: Record him/here and report him/her here and after reporting too many rules breakers you will get the "Great Reporter" rank which will give you fame and respect on the whole server.
