Cinematic shots are all the work of editing and for better fps, there are many clients and you can adjust your settings also.

I'd like to ask for your pc specs, secondly for fps.. you could use the pvp clients, I myself use lunar client. for cinematic shots, you would need replay mod. I can maybe offer feather client (as u can also even add your own mods) or forge for that matter. Enjoy playing!

You should watch both of them. Don't mess around with a lot of it just do what you understand at your own risk.
This actually did help me a lot. Made my average fps go to 130-150 from 50-70
