Add observer

For the love of God, please add observer to the Skyblock minigame. I'm so tired using the same old-school cobblestone generator. The lack of observer is preventing the efficiency of cobblestone mining and also the usage of automatic cobblestone generator. Please, this is a serious thread. Once again, add observer. Thank you.

As the server's version is 1.8.9 and observer was released in 1.11 you cannot add it. It can only be added if skyblock's version is changed from 1.8.9 to 1.11+
