At first, we understand that you might be frustrated by the fact that we mute for Caps or that some staff tends to mute you all for saying a word you are unsure of being punished or not. There is no logical explanation for this, rules were set almost after the server was created, rules will not change that is how JartexNetwork is and will always be, we always thank you for your time suggesting and we would appreciate it if your concerns were made a suggestion for a better outcome since complaining about them will not change anything.

Also, every staff member knows the rules perfectly so they can handle the chat as best as possible, some rules might have multiple issues or be complicated to the point where the staff member has to use his own judgment, I also understand that this might be called by many as abuse, which you can always report at the forums under Staff Reports.

Advertising is not tolerated at all, JartexNetwork is indeed owned by the same owners as the server you mentioned in your concern, but also does not mean that we will be allowing you to advertise it on Jartex N. Both servers are very different with different staff members and a game-play in general. Like I said Advertising is not something we tolerate, anyone found to advertise any IP of any server including the 2nd Minecraft the owner has will be banned accordingly​
