When there banned they just rejoin on an alt using a VPN (changes your IP to bypass IP bans)
Report hackers on the forums or /staff and ask a online staff member to spec you.

That's mac address. Ip is your internet. They probably have dynamic ip or vpn.

well I mean yea, they should ip ban instead of a simple ban or a kick. They can hack using a vpn but, for now it's better to just ipban
