Some peoples' choices correspond to the literal meaning of who's higher is better.
It's not necessarily for a moderator to be doing better than a trial. Of course the amount of responsibilities and permissions is much higher, but the way of making judgements as a staff matters much more.

Its not all about that, people see on Staff A more than they see on Staff B and they admire them for who they are not their permissions. They cannot gain anything out of that. But I find a point and I could agree in some situations.
