That's a good strategy, I should test because my bed always got destroyed if I continue my way after having killed the neighbor.

I don't really follow any strats. I just go with the flow and take my decision based on the situation I am in.

I just go for a 12 iron side rush /w no bed defense, then after getting my neighbor eliminated I’ll put wood and wool on my bed and go for diamonds.

When you start a, lets say, solo bedwars game, what is your go to strat? 8 iron rush, 12 iron rush, maybe even 24 for a stone sword? Go for 1 diamond to buy a trap first? Tell me some of your techniques, im very interested

This boils down to map knowledge, depending on the map the amount of iron needed to rush can differ. As for the basic utilities, I mostly go with 20 Iron worth of blocks and TnT with a wooden sword. Gets the job done especially since they can't close the height advantage gap
