Hello,
So here is what I do for Potrushing.
First get blacksmith and tank kit if you don't have, without these you can't do what I am going to tell.
Choose blacksmith before the game starts, then mine iron until you get 5 iron ingot, after that craft a pick and sword [ Iron stuff ] , then mine gold and get a Furnace, then get gold ingot and ore [ Note Blacksmith kit gives you 50% ingot or ore directly ] after that before 5 mins you can get strength potion then switch to tank kit, take the iron sword and strength( if required ) then mine diamonds as Usual, then enchant, then mine gold again [ Note - now you don't need to mine so many gold, you can mine only more 18-20 as you already have strength and brewing stand ] Now get the potions and rush with full Diamond!!
This was one of my old strategy btw it take's more than 20 mins to do, I have one more which is faster, but can't tell.

Idk I never pot rush. In fact, I have no idea what I am doing most of the time.
