Describe your suggestion:

Make it so you can see staff apps, requirements, etc no matter how old your account is, but have it so to actually submit an application, your account has to be at-least 30 days old.​

How could this help to improve JartexNetwork?:

Cut down the amount of troll applications.​

Is there anything else we should know?:

Another server's forum, who uses XenoForo as a hosting site (the same as this one uses) has it that you can only submit an app once reach 30 msgs. Is it able to be changed to 30 days?​
