Tp back in lobby

hello guys
i had a problem when i playing in the prison server
when i started mining and selling some times i get tp back in the lobby too much like 4 or 5 times when i back to prison
when i back to prison again i tp back to lobby 4or 5 times
when i trying to msg to another player i will tp back to lobby
when i want to sell something in /ah i will tp back to lobby
can you guys help me ? appreciate that
i dont know the problem i come with 1.17version and 1.16.5 optifine

Hello,
This has also happened to me all I did was leave the server and join back. In addition to this please report the bug here so the issue may be fixed. Thank you!
