It was disallowed on the past, but apparently the rule has disappeared, so it's considered allowed now.

I do not support rupe breakers, i have been reportig people so much in the past 1 and half months that i have over 800 chat reports and over 350 gameplay reports. I just feel unnecessary to expose hackers since:

- hackers dont check forums or yt videos they just play once get kicked 1-3 times and quit
- they dont care about others.

In my opinion if they would check the forums msg's they should be exposed daily.
