The mods don't really do much about solutions now; and 35000 messages saying that you got a solution in their DMS won't really help.

I think they retired solutions a bit. Unknowingly are they still there?

you have 1k+ messages buddy you don’t need to dm them for 35k msgs

Yes absolutely, it's made for that, and community should be able to get solutions more than staff, of course if the solution is well written, detailed and there's no information missing in it. HOWEVER, the solution should not be given to answers written only with a macro. Macro could be used to get a nicer message format, but not to give an answer to the concern or question. Answers written without macro should be prioritized, as they show much more effort, and people can't use a preset message to answer to many users on the most common questions.
