The owner will be forced to do major updates such as resetting prison this year because of Jartex's declining popularity. Recently Jartex got hacked and whole server rollbacked about 20 days. It critically made a huge impact on Jartex's performance. So just pray and hope Prison will reset and major updates to release to revive the dying server
