Removal of "Evidence is older than 7 days"​

Suggestion Details:

I recently submitted a report and got back the result after 1.5 months! Yep its that delayed and to my shock it showed evidence is older than 7 days even though I had more that enough evidence and it still got declined. This rule make absolutely no sense even though I had enough evidence its clearly the servers fault. PS: Not blaming any staff.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

It can ban more rule-breakers/Cheaters. Fairly.​

I like your idea but have decided to down vote it.

• You can contact a staff who is available and let them know about the reports and if they say it can take some times then it may exceed 7days or can be reviewed within.
• Ban evading can take upto 7days and I believe the evidence wont be expired as Sr.Mod+ need to check some factors in ban evading issue.

I like your idea but have decided to down vote it.

• You can contact a staff who is available and let them know about the reports and if they say it can take some times then it may exceed 7days or can be reviewed within.
• Ban evading can take upto 7days and I believe the evidence wont be expired as Sr.Mod+ need to check some factors in ban evading issue.

Yes I did contact a staff who marked it as "evidence is older than 7 days" and he said that he knows its not fair but rules are rules and I did not submit it for ban evading. My report was for scamming. So I hope you can over turn your decision if I have nessasary points for that gesture.

Yes It needs higher authority but by the time they respond the message will show up which still makes the hacker freely play

+1 so I recently submitted 2 reports and they might take more than 7 days then the staffs will come and complain about the evidence being older than 7 days. Or should I say "lazy staffs"?

nah saying lazy staff doesnt do it, like. Staff have a life. Yall are not the only ones reporting. Some people like daviddaraban give the staff people 30+ reports a day. And they cant do everything.
