Rank command help

Says I have access to AFK without being kicked on the store, but when I type /afk in game it says I don't have access? It has also done the same with a couple other commands I've tried; that I should have access to looking at the store info. I just bought Royal a few days ago and it's active. I'm also a bit of a noob when it comes to gens right now so any help appreciated. Thanks!
