Question about reporting rule-breakers

Hello ,

So I have a question. In the rules for reporting section, there's a rule saying if the rule-breaker is nicked you need to provide their real name. So like do you tell the Staff to /realname [nickedplayer] in the extra info while submitting a report or smth? Cause I am confused.

I have reported nicked players. I don't enter anything in Extra Info section for Chat reports, I do for Gameplay reports.
So, I don't think you need to. Staff must have nicked players history or something.

It is required in the **evidence** to require /realname, reason being is that some times the nick logs do not provide fll information or are wrongly provided. It makes it much easier for the staff team Helper+ to actually handle chat reports and it should be a "must" in some situations. However, that is not a must it is not required, some of the co staff would not really mind it.​
