the required video quality and length for reporting rule breakers

so I just joined yesterday and I liked the company and so I wanted to record rulebreakers and etc but I had no idea what the minimum length/quality of a video to actually report one, soo could anybody help me?

• At least 720P video quality!
• Full-screen video and / or screenshots!
• Nothing may be blurred out / cropped out!
• The video must be long and clear enough to spot the rules broken!
• If the video is longer than 3 minutes, you must provide time-stamps!

Thanks for your reply but I'll try my best to tweak my minecraft settings in order to record in 720p with 30fps because the computer that I have is complete garbage but anyways, thank you.
