Problematic Parkour

Hey guys,

I wasn't sure enough where to submit this annoying issue since it only occurs during being present in the main lobby section. From the beginning of me joining Jartex Network, I have come across this problem where the server struggles to give me items that are used during parkour for teleportation and such.

I would be beyond blessed if you could solve this problem.
