I need to have all the spells for the Stellar spellbook what spells are they talking about here?

I don't know what you mean here but I think you have the wrong gamemode or game I guess? because there's no Stellar spellbook in Prison.

Oh I thought you're talking about another thing, because you sent a wrong picture first

But yea, as said above on the 2nd pic you need to have all the same enchantment on all pieces of the minesuits, means you need 4 stellar books to enchant it on your minesuit helmet, chestplate, leggings, and boots, because if you only have 3 of the minesuit pieces enchanted, the enchantment effect will not work.

Stellar is bugged, you can't get star crates while mining with full set of stellar.

As Cabian said, Stellar is currently bugged. You'll have to wait til the devs fix this.
