Fixed ipmutes not being global but only for the prison gamemode.

What do you exactly mean by this? Prison will be fully reset so there won't be any pickaxes left with charge on it.

A reset means everything deleted. You will begin a new journey with nothing in hand.

Ip-mutes are suppose to be global, this season the mute system didn't work properly and your mute only applied on prison.
