Premium rank didnt register.

i claimed a ssnl premium rank and it didn't actually give me the rank or any perks/kits.
Please fix it

Got any proof of that ?
cause it is supposed to be instant
as soon as you right click the voucher it will be claimed

i dont have exact proof of claiming it but i do have proof still having a vip voucher
and u can ask oxtf witch i traded the vouche

How can you still have VIP voucher if you claimed it ?
Also I thought you had premium voucher ?

It happens, last season they didn't work from koth such as the elite rank.
For a premium rank, it's nothing too deep even it's probably seasonal
But, if you really want to get it, the way I got mine back was payment issue. (This was on another game mode, but it works the same)
