I can understand this much:
You couldn't build in you cell (cause it's already built and is messy) and you want a clear plot to build on so you are asking for plots to come back.


You can break your plot and make it flat Vanity_Danger . Choose a block and make the floor with it outside the cell and then break your cell. It'll be all flat!

Or if you're saying that you already have built farm or something on cell then go +1 the pending suggestion for "Plots""
