This is not the way how to catch rule-breakers. First of all you need video proof of the person hacking, Second of all try to party a staff or DM them or catch them in a video and report them on the following link below

that's not enough proof, record the gameplay using any app and it must be at least 720p 30fps and then upload to youtube and report through gameplay reports forum
