Playtime is becoming less

The first time it happened i was in the afk pool. I was afk for 5 hours and when i came back my playtime only went up by 1 hour. I didn't think anything of it at first and soon forgot about it. When i was close to 24 hours i was already looking forward to my playtimerewards. When i looked at it again after a minute i suddenly only had 19 hours and 34 minutes. I left the game and then rejoint but that didn't change anything.

Yea sometimes it just whenever you claim a playtimereward, it decreases the playtime by a slight bit, but no idea why

but i didnt claim the reward and i lost like 4 hours twice.

my friend looked at my stats and he said i have 1d16h playtime. maybe its a visual bug
