perm duke rank voucher, used 4 duke kits, the voucher has already redeemed and wasn't registered

hello jartex, im having a problem which i used 4 duke kits which 2 of them i bought from auctionhouse, the other 2 is from player shop
The 2 i bought from player shop said "The voucher has already redeemed" which i didn't, while the other 2 was "The voucher isn't registered"
and i just lost around 200k or more, i only got i screenshot because i forgot to take it before but ask people in the server about why it isn't working, i tried using other kits voucher like knight and lords and it was okay with no issue, but not with the duke
i also once got a forever duke rank voucher which i got from a giveaway, it sucks that i lost it. Please fix this bug issue or something it would really help

I can't, i can't sign-up at the website, when i tried it said "We're sorry! Account sign-up is not possible in your region"

Did you report this on the bug forum? Seems like a bug, and that would be the place to report this.

Cause they were duped silly!!!!!!!!!! U can report people who sold u duped ranks for banning them for 31 days

The voucher has already redeemed most definitely mean that it was duped
while the voucher isn't registered is a known bug which could also be due to duping

When buying high value items you should always record, that way if something goes wrong you would be able to prove that it happened and who you got that item from, without that its really hard to track who is the duper and to reimburse you.

You could report dupers over at https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/gameplay-reports.60/ for bug abusing
And you could report the bug itself over at https://jartexnetwork.com/bug-reports/
Make sure to include as much detail and evidence as possible

But its too late as of today so remember it the next time you face this problem
By the way I have got a king kit, so if you interested I can gift it to you as a consolation but thats about it
