Omnitool enchant glitch

My Explosive pickaxe has omnitool on it when but today when i used it its not turning from axe to pickaxe please help me My in game name is DaOpKid

Hello DaOpKiD,

Omnitool makes your pickaxe to others tools such as Shovel, and Axe.​

For Example:
If you break a wood using your pickaxe with the Omnitool scroll in it, it will become an axe and if you break a stone again or other blocks that needs pickaxe to break it will turn into a Pickaxe. Same with Dirt your pick will turn into Shovel, to turn your pickaxe from Axe to Pickaxe you can go to a mine and break a block it will turn into a Pickaxe again.​

Unfortunately you can't remove Omnitool Scroll on your Pickaxe.​
