This is due to one of two things:
-Server Lag
-Player Lag
I am afraid you can't do much if it is server lag which is the most often reason, but if it is player lag these may help:

---

1.Lowering the Network Load:
If it is possible try to lower the amount of devices using your Network at the moment.
2.VPN:
VPNs aren't allowed here at JartexNetwork, but if you get unplayable ping you can put in a request here VPB Bypass Request.

This happens to me most of the time it's a well known bug and a old but but not fixed try reporting it again with video footage

It most commonly happens in versions 1.14+
So if you're using those, try using 1.8 instead.

Probably is due to your connection.. Check your ms in game if there are over 150 ms thats why

while it IS a bug, plent of times it can happen due to lag

Pretty sure it's your ping. I have experienced this before ( I usually starts lagging from 500 ping)
