New Year Crates!

I had recently purchased 4200 gold for 12 new years crates. I got to open 3 of them but while I was moving them in my inventory I got kicked and they were gone? I was jhust wondering if I could get the 9 back since I spent real money on them.

Its a good idea to record while doing something this important
I always record when doing big trades, claiming rewards or opening expensive crates to be able make a case if something goes wrong
Incase you never had gotten the new year boxes in first case you can make a payment issue over at

This seems to be a common problem as one other user had the same issue as you

lost stuff i paid $50 for

i bought the $50 gold package i bought 12 winter keys and 12 new years boxes i opened my keys fine then i was moving the new years boxes around and i got kicked for sending to many packets...? i then came back into the server and all of my new years boxes were gone i still had my keys just not...
