My fly voucher did not apply

I have had a fly voucher for a long time this season and decided to keep it as an investment, but after I decided to redeem it did not apply even after right-clicking it. see linked video for proof, the reason I recorded this was that this has happened to me before with a /fix command I got from a crate but back then a staff member said that he couldn't do anything without a recording. the account that I tried to redeem it on was gurjit1803.

Try re-logging if that doesn't work try making a bug report.
