Solved Muted for no reason

I entered the server and wanted to link the account, because every time I wanted to report ingame it said that I had to link the account, I did that and after that I was muted for 12 hours, without a single message sent? I do not understand?

I couldn't see the reason, those messages should have been in is chat, but I wasn't on island and they were sent to public chat and I didn't know they were going to be sent there, I thought I could always write in Island Chat, I could have told him that and solved the problem that way.

Why didn't that admin simply write to me in msg and warn me, is it that difficult, or does one have to 'abuse' the position in order to reach a higher position. Staff is 0 here as far as I can see and probably ~17 years old

I also saw that some staff are online and that some players write in foreign languages and they are still not muted, is that staff protecting certain players?

I also saw staff swearing, who will mute them for 12h ?

Well you are usually warned for it when a staff sees it but you were reported by a player, when you get reported by a player lowest punishment is 1 day mute. This is all very clearly mentioned in Jartex Network rules which it seems like you haven't yet read

As I explained, it didn't happen on purpose but by accident, which is a big difference, but it seems that you didn't read the thread you replied to.

I'd rather play a game than be a party breaker who will chase kids who wrote a word in a foreign language, really bad rules and a bad mute timer for the same, from an objective point of view I should be unmute because it's really not intentional, otherwise it doesn't I would complain, I got a warning for spamming and I didn't complain because the admin was right.

it doesn't matter if you say it's intentional or not, If a player says the n-word, gets muted for it, and then dm's us on Discord saying "Oh well but I didn't mean it! It was an accident!!" should they get unmuted? Wouldn't that mean that everyone should just get unmuted if they said "But it was an accident!!!!".

I'd like to also remind you that swearing is allowed as long as it's not towards any player, which would count as general rudeness. Which means that the staff member you were talking about didn't break any rule. Still, if you must, you can report a staff member here if you think their behavior doesn't follow the rules.

Staff does not protect ANYBODY. first of all, they most likely got warned, which would explain them not muted. But if they don't get neither warned or muted, it's likely that staff didn't see the message, We don't check chat 24/7 and it happens that sometimes even tho we're online we miss certain rule breakers, if you find any, (as kaivalya said) you can report them on forums.

There is nothing to talk about because you can't be talked to, you don't connect things logically, although I understand why, maybe the staff should be a little older to be able to do that.
