Solved Muted for no reason

I entered the server and wanted to link the account, because every time I wanted to report ingame it said that I had to link the account, I did that and after that I was muted for 12 hours, without a single message sent? I do not understand?

Brother, you want to say that when someone says the n-word and when he makes excuses that it is accidental (which cannot be accidental because we know what it refers to) with the fact that I accidentally wrote in global chat instead of Island Chat and you consider it the same?

There is nothing to talk about because you can't be talked to, you don't connect things logically, although I understand why, maybe the staff should be a little older to be able to do that.

You're already unmuted. You can move on and make sure that this does not happen again in the future.

You have been muted with a reason Foreign Language, as kaivalya already mentioned. The reason why your punishment duration is 1 day, and people who got punished by online staff member for the same rule breakage is that you were reported here, on forums. Whenever an online staff member is punishing players, the punishment durations are going according to a punishment ladder shown in the rules page. Once you get reported on forums and being punished, you're not being punished according to a punishment ladder, but instead you skip first two offenses and are being punished for 1 day (only in minor offenses).​

Which means, if you talked in a foreign language on server and a staff member saw you doing that, that staff member will firstly warn you, unless you have any active warning (/warnings) or a punishment in the last 7 days. If you have active warning, the next punishment will be 1 hour, and other durations that you can see in rules.​

If you have been reported on forums for breaking the same rule, foreign language, you will not be warned firstly, but instead the first punishment will be 1 day IP-Mute.​

If you broke any moderate or severe rules, you will be punished according to a punishment ladder in both cases, if an online staff member punished you, and if you got reported on forums.​
