Lost my epic owl due to bug

After claiming my seasonal skywarrior rank i got from Felix I lost my level 96 epic owl.
I added an old screenshot of the owl as proof that I had it aswell as a video showing the owl. I had these because of trouble with pet earlier

It is a bug in sbd , i also lost my pet in the same way and i would suggest u to message a staff member for this .

Note - jartex don't refund the items
