lost all my stuff to server crash

server had like 10 tps i put my stuff from inventory to chest then a few minutes later server crashed then i come back all my stuff gone

Sadly there's no refund policy in the server

If it was a payed item you can get them back

This is unlucky , I don't think you can get the stuff back.

You could charge back if you want but your account will be banned. Then you can appeal at: https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/appeal/ explaining all what happened. 90% of this cases the unban appeal gets accepted so good luck! Shouldnt be hard

i think it was a rollback and it happened 2 times so far but sadly there is no way u cant get ur money/tokens back ~Fatory
